Hi, it is rather brief description but I believe that your problem is that you did not assign the policy to the proper interface (serial2/0). You might want to check <a href="http://www.kuncar.net/blog/ipsec-troubles-part-i/2008/" rel="nofollow">this article</a> which might give you some pointers (especially step 4). If it does not help I can check if the assigning to serial has any specialties (but for that I would need at least router version and VRP version)

I have this:

===========================================
IPsec Policy Group: "instituto"
Using interface: {}
===========================================

  -----------------------------
  IPsec policy name: "instituto"
  sequence number: 2
  mode: isakmp
  -----------------------------
    security data flow : 0
    ike-peer name:  instituto
    perfect forward secrecy: DH group 2
    proposal name:  instituto
    IPsec sa local duration(time based): 3600 seconds
    IPsec sa local duration(traffic based): 1843200 kilobytes

How can make work this:
Using interface: {}
to
Using interface: {serial2/0}

Maybe you have a tutorial for setup a IpSec tunnel?

Sorry for my bad english.
